This is another picture taken of Clare Large on her first tour in Canada, this is with Bianka who is part of Global Sound Canada, and was one of Clare’s agents in North America. Bianka was great and on this tour, booked Clare to play at her night ‘Chicks with Decks’ in Ottawa, where Clare played a mix of techno and tech house. She also took Clare to Quebec to a big warehouse party where the promoter later booked her to come back to DJ the following year – Kool Kats – and Clare played at an afterparty in a park near the venue. Clare Large DJing deep tech house music at Nation in Toronto. This was a pretty fun gig and it was something to do with Most Wanted Entertainment – Ronnie Ferzst and my then friend Nicole… Main room headliners here were massive – people like Donald Glaude, Luke Solomon etc, and music in the main room tended to be more progressive house, or tech house, depending who was playing. These are another couple of shots taken of DJ Clare Large DJing techno and tech house at the Purple Room at Revolution Nightclub, Cambridge, near Toronto, Canada.
