These are another couple of shots taken of DJ Clare Large DJing techno and tech house at the Purple Room at Revolution Nightclub, Cambridge, near Toronto, Canada.
This was my first tour in Canada, and the Four 01 Recordings banner in the background was from a label ran by a guy called Mattlok. It seemed to release lots of looped disco stuff with some pretty big remixers like Joeski.
No idea what Mattlok is doing now so if you read this Matt – get in touch!!
This was a fantastic little space with a really up for it crowd and it was a pleasure to play here. alongside my good friend Robin, DJ Global Killer! Mattlok was a brilliant producer too and we spent a few days in the studio together which was fun!
